You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Content for personal use only.

You MAY NOT:

  • Share login access or membership materials
  • Use branding or characters for commercial use without a license
  • Record, duplicate, or livestream any class, circle, or event
  • Use LiLA Studios materials to create competing services

Any infringement may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Courses & Educational Programs

The following applies to all LiLA Studios courses, whether live, hybrid, or pre-recorded.

5.1 Enrollment & Access

Upon purchase, you receive access to course materials for the duration stated on the product page.
You may not share or distribute course access.

5.2 Limited License

You receive a personal-use license only.
No redistribution, transcription, recording, or adaptation is allowed without permission.

5.3 Instructors & Guest Experts

External speakers, guest instructors, and collaborators may contribute.
LiLA Studios is not responsible for opinions, advice, or materials provided by third parties.

5.4 No Accreditation

LiLA Studios courses are not accredited programs, diplomas, or certifications unless explicitly stated.

5.5 Course Changes

We may update, modify, enhance, remove, or replace course modules or instructors at any time.

6. Digital Downloads & Templates

6.1 License

Digital products are licensed, not sold.
They are for personal use unless a commercial license is purchased.

6.2 File Access

We do not guarantee perpetual access.
Downloading and backing up your files is your responsibility.

6.3 No Redistribution

You may not:

  • Resell
  • Modify for commercial use
  • Upload to file-sharing sites
  • Share with clients or partners

unless a separate license agreement is obtained.

7. Virtual Events, Circles & Live Sessions

This includes:
Wellness Circles, guided meditations, Q&A sessions, retreats, livestreams, workshops, and community calls.

7.1 Recording Policy

Unless explicitly permitted, recording is not allowed.
LiLA Studios may record sessions for internal or educational use.

7.2 Participation Disclaimer

You agree to participate responsibly and understand that:

  • Emotional content may arise
  • These sessions are not therapy
  • You are responsible for your emotional wellbeing
  • LiLA Studios may remove disruptive participants

7.3 Technology Issues

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Internet outages
  • User hardware
  • Platform instability

If LiLA Studios cancels an event, you will receive a replacement or credit.

8. Business Development & Creative Agency Services

LiLA Studios provides consulting, design, branding, production, and business development services.

8.1 Statements of Work

Each engagement will have a separate written agreement outlining:

  • Scope
  • Deliverables
  • Timeline
  • Pricing
  • Responsibilities
  • Revisions

8.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Timely feedback
  • Required assets
  • Clear direction
  • Approvals
  • Accurate information

Delays caused by clients may extend timelines.

8.3 No Guarantees

LiLA Studios does not guarantee:

  • Revenue growth
  • Audience expansion
  • Funding
  • Viral content
  • Legal compliance of client-provided content

8.4 Intellectual Property

Unless the contract states otherwise:

  • Custom work-for-hire transfers upon final payment
  • Templates, frameworks, and proprietary systems remain owned by LiLA Studios

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership programs may include:

  • Exclusive content
  • Community access
  • Digital libraries
  • Monthly circles
  • Q&A calls
  • Discounts
  • Bonus downloads

9.1 Billing

Membership fees may be billed monthly or annually.
You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

9.2 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, but:

  • All fees are non-refundable
  • Access ends at the end of your billing period
  • No proration or partial refunds

9.3 Termination

LiLA Studios may revoke membership for:

10. Payments, Billing & Refunds

LiLA Studios does not store payment information.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Circles and live events
  • Memberships

10.3 Payment Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Revocation of licenses
  • Collections actions
  • Legal recourse

11. User Responsibilities

  • Kajabi, Thinkific, or other course hosts
  • Email providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Social media platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Outages
  • Data breaches
  • Terms or policies belonging to those platforms

14. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

LiLA Studios, its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Emotional distress
  • Business losses
  • Data loss
  • Inaccuracies in content
  • Service interruptions
  • Decisions you make based on content

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiLA Studios and its team from any:

  • Claims
  • Losses
  • Damages
  • Legal fees
  • Disputes
  • Third-party actions

arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Changes to Terms

LiLA Studios may modify these Terms at any time.
Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute shall be resolved by:

No class actions are permitted.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and LiLA Studios and supersede all prior understandings related to the Site and Services.
