Books We’re Giving Away This Fall!

This book is a wealth of knowledge in both practical applications of yoga for couples as well as the philosophy and purpose behind these practices. It goes into the ancient knowledge of the yoga vedas, touches on tantra and kundalini techniques and is a great resource for couples trying to deepen or begin their practice together. This giveaway includes a free copy of this book shipped directly to you as well as access to our digital and Miami based community exploring and supporting each other in the understanding and implementation of these topics. This includes access to our discord, telegram, monthly digital gatherings on zoom and our in person events across Miami Dade and the world.

In the old relationship paradigm:

  • You put your partner’s needs before your own.
  • Boundaries and personal time are nonexistent.
  • You often push down your feelings so you won’t “rock the boat”.
  • Closeness and intimacy are a distant memory.

In the New Relationship Blueprint:

  • You take care of your needs first – and the relationship is stronger for it!
  • Open and honest communication are at the foundation of your relationship.
  • You no longer project your past onto the present.
  • You can be deeply in love without losing yourself.

Is vulnerability the same as weakness? “In our culture,” teaches my favorite research psychologist Dr. Brené Brown, “we associate vulnerability with emotions we want to avoid such as fear, shame, and uncertainty. Yet we too often lose sight of the fact that vulnerability is also the birthplace of joy, belonging, creativity, authenticity, and love.” On The Power of Vulnerability, Dr. Brown offers an invitation and a promise – that when we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives. We will explore her teachings and put it to practice with monthly meetups both IRL and digitally.
